I hadn’t realised how much I use my palette knife until it went AWOL.
What a disaster! I’ve only ever done 1 palette knife painting but I use it to mix my paints (I try hard not to mix with brushes, so easy to forget though).
I went out and bought a new palette knife, so clean and shiny, only to have the old faithful turn up a few days later.
So I’m now the proud owner of 2 palette knives, one of which has a sharp tip (the old one’s a bit disfigured). Maybe I’ll attempt a few more palette knife paintings.
